5. Authorize Executive Director to execute a certificate of substantial completion in connection with a window replacement project at 37 Clement Street, Buckland.

HOUSING PLACEMENT & STABILIZATION WORKER

The Franklin County Regional Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has a full-time opening for a housing placement & stabilization worker.  The person in this position provides services to households that are homeless or at risk of homelessness.  S/he assists with housing search, develops stabilization plans and provides case management services. Excellent people and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks essential. Must work well independently, have good judgment and be attentive to detail. Sensitivity to challenges faced by people with low incomes and people in crisis required. 6. Approve payment standards for use in the administration of the Housing Choice Voucher program
7. Correct a vote concerning waste removal to reflect a start date of September 1, 2012
