2015 and May 2015
- Approve revisions to the HRA Personnel
Policy including:
i. Policy
regarding accrual of paid sick leave for special part-time employees
ii. Policy
regarding Massachusetts Parental Leave
iii. Policy
regarding holiday pay for regular full-time employees with non-standard work
schedules.
- Approve amendment to Housing Assistance
Supplement agreement
- Authorize execution of an amendment to
contract with HAP Housing for inspection services
- Approve renewal of leases for Community
Development office space and garage
bays
- Approve extension to agreement with Town of
Bernardston for the administration of a community block development
grant.
- Award public housing capital improvement
contract for window replacement project at state-aided property 705-3
(Oaklawn Avenue in Orange)
- Award a contract for rent reasonableness
verification services to GoSection8.
- Discussion (and possible vote) regarding the
advancement of funds to cover block grant expenses on behalf of Towns in
anticipation of reimbursement
- Discussion (and possible vote) regarding the
Executive Director search and transition process
