1. Approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on April 6, 2015
2. Approve the accounts payable warrant for April 2015
3. Approve revisions to the Housing Choice Voucher Program administrative plan (multiple chapters)
4. Approve use of reserves to pay deductible associated with porch repairs at 50A Oaklawn Avenue Orange, a Chapter 705 public housing unit
5. Authorize the execution of capital improvement contracts for:

                                          i.    Tree removal and trimming at Winslow Wentworth House (Turners Falls)

                                        ii.    Tree removal and trimming at Squakheag Village (Northfield)

                                       iii.    Water heater replacement at Squakheag Village (Northfield)

                                       iv.    Installation of vinyl floor and tread replacement at Stratton Manor (Bernardston)

                                        v.    Deck replacement at 30 A & B Oaklawn Avenue (Orange)

                                       vi.    Overhang repair at Stoughton Place (Gill)

3.    Other Business

a.    Update on strategic planning process

b.    Update on public housing budgets

4.    Staff reports will be distributed in advance and reviewed at the meeting.
