1. Approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on May 4, 2015
2. Approve the accounts payable warrants for April 2015 and May 2015
3. Approve revisions to the HRA Personnel Policy including:

                                          i.    Policy regarding accrual of paid sick leave for special part-time employees

                                         ii.    Policy regarding Massachusetts Parental Leave

                                        iii.    Policy regarding holiday pay for regular full-time employees with non-standard work schedules.

4. Approve amendment to Housing Assistance Supplement agreement
5. Approve renewal of leases for Community Development office space and garage  bays
6. Approve extension to agreement with Town of Bernardston for the administration of a community block development grant.
7. Award public housing capital improvement contract for window replacement project at state-aided property 705-3 (Oaklawn Avenue in Orange)
8. Award a contract for rent reasonableness verification services to GoSection8.
9. Discussion (and possible vote) regarding the advancement of funds to cover block grant expenses on behalf of Towns in anticipation of reimbursement
10. Discussion (and possible vote) regarding the Executive Director search process

3.    Other Business

a.     Discuss process for review and revision of job descriptions

b.    Update on strategic planning process

c.     Discuss availability for July meeting

4.    Staff reports will be distributed in advance and reviewed at the meeting
