g. Approve revised income limits for Housing Choice Voucher Program and Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program as issued by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development
h. Remove Matthew Leger-Small from all HRA accounts
i. Add Jane Banks as HRA signatory on all HRA accounts
j. Adopt the practice of remote participation for HRA Board of Commissioners meetings
k. Approve and adopt the wage rates for maintenance staff as issued by the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development (Division of Occupational Safety)
l. Approve CFA amendment #5 to Capital Improvement Work Plan 5001 to fund the FY18 formula funding award and capital improvements at West River Street

b. FY 16 HRA Public Housing Budget approval from DHCD
