2. Approve the accounts payable warrant for September 2014
3. Approve overall HRA budget for FY15
4. Authorize execution of AHAP with Orange Teen Housing, Inc. (retroactive)
5. Approve submission of CIP and lead certification forms for state-aided public housing properties
6. Authorize execution of CDBG services agreement with:

                                          i.    Heath

                                         ii.    Montague

7. Authorize execution of sub-grantee agreement with the Town of Shelburne
8. Authorize execution of amendment to services agreement with Town of Montague for FY13 CDBG grant
9. Discuss revisions to the following job descriptions:

                                          i.    Administrative Coordinator

                                         ii.    Leased Housing Administrative Assistant

                                        iii.    Housing Management Assistant/ Affordable Housing Property Manager

10. Approve revised payment standards for the Town of Sunderland

3.    Other Business

            None

4.    Staff reports will be distributed in advance and reviewed at the meeting.

3. Award contract for Organizational Assessment and Strategic Planning process
4. Approve revised grievance procedures for HRA public housing, MRVP, and AHVP programs
5. Amend vote #14-082 appointing an alternate hearing officer
6. Appoint grievance officer for public housing and MRVP program
7. Approve revised partner agreement with FCHCC
8. Approve proposed MOU with FCHCC for supportive housing grant
9. Approve revision to HRA personnel policy regarding lunch breaks
10. Approve increase in rent for Smikes House
11. Approve revisions to job description for HCEC Assistant
12. Adopt new income limits and fair market rents for state-aided public housing and AHVP programs
13. Authorize execution of MOU with HAP Housing for Housing Assistance Supplement Program
14. Approve changes to Home Modification Loan Program inspection services contract with CEDAC
15. Adopt revised payment standards for Housing Choice Voucher Program
16. Discuss and possibly approve bonus for staff working on housing development projects
