b.    Approve accounts payable warrant for January 2016

c.     Accept year-end financial statements and authorize execution of year-end financial statement certification

d.    Accept quarterly financial operating statement

e.    Award a contract for cleaning services at 42 Canal Road, Turners Falls, MA

f.     Approve execution of Memorandum of Understanding between HRA and the Regional Housing Network for services related to the operation of the Housing Consumer Education Center

3.    Other Business

a.     Set dates of rescheduled regular meetings in July and September 2016.
