1. Approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on November 3, 2014
2. Approve the accounts payable warrant for November 2014
3. Approve and certify submission to DHCD of public housing and MRVP budgets for FY15
4. Approve and certify year-end financial statements for public housing and MRVP programs
5. Approve revisions to HRA’s procurement policy
6. Approve capital improvement plan
7. Declare surplus inventory
8. Appoint a representative to the Community Economic Development Strategy Committee
9. Approve contract amendment #2 between GeoSite and HRA, extending the term of the contract for inspection services

3.     Other Business

4.     Staff reports will be distributed in advance and reviewed at the meeting.
