Board of Commissioners will enter executive session for the purpose of
discussing strategy with respect to litigation.
3. Actions
- Approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on December 2, 2013
- Approve the accounts payable warrant for December 2013
- Authorize reserve expenditure (Stoughton Place)
- Award propane contract
- Award fuel oil contract
- Authorize execution of a consulting agreement with Institute for Community Economics, Inc.
- Authorize execution of an amendment to subcontract with HAP, Inc. for the Western Massachusetts Foreclosure Prevention Center
- Authorize the execution of a memorandum of understanding with HAP, Inc. for the Household Assistance Supplement to the HomeBASE program
- Adopt revised income limits for the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program
- Adopt revised income limits for the Housing Choice Voucher Program
