- Budgeting and refinancing
There is no charge for this workshop.
Door Prizes will be given at the end of this workshop.
This workshop is required for all MassHousing Softsecond buyers.

(Directions: From Route 2: at the Mobil Station on the corner of Route 2
and Main Road (Gill), turn onto Main Road and go straight up the hill. Pass
Jan’s Package Store and then 2 houses on the right. Immediately after the second house turn right
into Stoughton Place
(private way) and drive to the parking lot behind the building.
Parking: Please
park near the dumpster or along the road so that we don’t take any of the residents’
parking spots in the center of the lot.)
