    2. Approve the accounts payable warrant for August 2014
    3. Appoint representative to the organizational assessment consultant selection committee
    4. Approve revised utility allowances
    5. Approve revisions to the HCVP Administrative Plan
    6. Appoint grievance officer for state-aided public housing programs
    7. Approve HCEC contract
    8. Approve HomeBASE contract
    9. Award contract for elevator maintenance and inspection services
    10. Approve change order #1 for Whitney Street roofing project
    11. Approve certificates of substantial and final completion for Whitney Street roofing project
    12. Approve extension of MHP HomeSafe contract
    13. Approve changes to Leased Housing Representative job description

3.    Other Business
             a. Review sections 3 and 4 of the DHCD Training Manual for LHA Board Members
