Members of the HRA Board of Commissioners will attend a strategic planning retreat on Monday, March 16, 2015 beginning at 9 AM and ending at 3:45 PM, conducted by Carl Sussman of Sussman & Associates.
No specific actions will be voted on during the retreat. The HRA commissioners and other attendees will engage in discussion regarding the mission and direction of the agency. Information generated by the retreat will be used by Mr. Sussman in a report to be submitted to the HRA Board in April.
