1.    Convene- Roll call and introduction of guests

2.    Actions

1. Approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on November 4, 2013
2. Approve the accounts payable warrant for November 2013
3. Approve revisions to the following job descriptions:

                                          i.    Director of Leased Housing

4. Authorize execution of CFA amendment for Work Plan 5001, Project Number 358074
5. Authorize execution of certificate of final completion for Squakheag Village roof replacement and authorize final payment
6. Authorize execution of grant administration agreement with Town of Orange
7. Re-appoint representatives to the RDI Board of Directors
8. Award contract for cleaning services
9. Declare surplus property

 3.    Other Business

a.    Review WISP

4.    Staff reports will be distributed in advance and reviewed at the meeting.
