1. Approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on January 5, 2015
2. Approve the accounts payable warrant for January 2015
3. Amend vote #15-008 regarding the HRA management agreement with Wisdom Way Solar Village Condominium Trust to correct termination date to January 31, 2016
4. Approve contract amendment to formula funding award from DHCD to include an additional $22,000 from the DHCD Sustainability Initiative for Water Conservation to be used for the installation of 47 low-flow toilets
5. Award contract for plowing at 42 Canal Road
6. Appoint ad-hoc committee to conduct Executive Director performance review
7. Approve revisions to HRA cell phone policy
8. Discussion and possible vote regarding hiring an independent contractor to redesign HRA’s chart of accounts 

3.    Other Business

1. Discussion and possible vote regarding purchasing net metering credits to reduce electric costs
2. Discussion and possible vote regarding contracting with Power Options to reduce electric costs

4.    Staff reports will be distributed in advance and reviewed at the meeting.

(c) Approve execution of Amendment #4 to subgrantee agreement with Town of Shelburne extending the term of the agreement to July 31, 2015

(d) Authorize execution of amendment #3 to Capital Improvement Work Plan 5001 (Formula funding award)

3)  Other Business

(a)  Discuss emergency response protocols including methods of communication during emergencies.

HRA Strategic Planning Retreat

HRA Strategic Planning Retreat

January 12, 2015 at 9:00 AM – 3:45 PM

Greenfield Community College Downtown Campus

Members of the HRA Board of Commissioners will attend a strategic planning retreat on Monday, January 12, 2015 beginning at 9 AM and ending at 3:45 PM, conducted by Carl Sussman of Sussman & Associates.

No specific actions will be voted on during the retreat. The HRA commissioners and other attendees will engage in discussion regarding the mission and direction of the agency.  Information generated by the retreat will be used by Mr. Sussman in a report to be submitted to the HRA Board in April.
